gotit adds a Toolbar to your Email Composer. When you are writing an email you can click on one of the buttons on the Copole Toolbar to choose how your email should be received by the recipients.

gotit adds a Toolbar on Outlook’s main screen. This Toolbar helps you organize your view and display only messages you like to view. The default is “Show All” which is the same as you always had in Outlook, view all incoming emails.
With gotit you can choose to view by message types:
FYI
– Show only messages that were marked as FYI
Inquiry
– Show only messages that were marked as Inquiry
ToDo
– Show only messages that were marked as ToDo
When you use gotit to add flags or tags to your outgoing message a footer is added to the end of your email. The purpose of this footer is to get your colleague to use gotit as well. The more colleagues or friends use Copole Fit the more organized your Inbox will become.
If you do not click on gotit Toolbar and do not add a tag no footer are added. This means you can use your email as always even when gotit is installed.

Copole creates a file named “Fit_Usage.csv” which is merely for gathering statistic information and does not contain any personal data. This file contains the number clicks done on gotit toolbar. The file is kept on your computer and is only sent to Copole if you send us an email with feedback. To see a version of this file and send us your feedback click on “Tell us…” menu and select one of the options under that. You will a copy of the “Fit_Usage.csv” file attached to this email. It will only go out if you hit send.
We kindly ask you to send us feedback using “Tell us…” menu at least once a week. We hope to improve the product based on you feedback and your usage habit.
download and run gotit Setup file to install gotit for Microsoft Outlook. You need to restart your Outlook to get gotit toolbar to show up.
